Change in Healey Security

Dear Residents:
Effective March 6, 2009 at 11 PM (2300 hours) International Security Management Group, Inc (ISMG) will become the new security services company for the Healey Building and the 55 Marietta Building.
The property manager of the Commercial entity of the Healey Building and the President of the Healey Homeowners Association asked for proposals from several security companies last fall. After interviews, site visits and cost analysis the decision was made to contract with ISMG for the next 12 months. The contract was signed yesterday (Monday, February 2, 2009) and during the course of the next four weeks ISMG will be working closely with the Healey HOA board and the property manager for the Healey commercial property to ensure there is a smooth transition.
