Roof Repair Schedule
Update - 10/29/08
- Superior will start the project Thursday, October 30, 2008 - this week
- Superior will work the project 7 days a week
- Superior will start work @ 7:00AM
- Superior will end work @ 6:00PM
Total days to complete work; 8-9 days, weather permitting.
Parapet Wall Repairs
Update - 8/15/08
Landmark Restorations is building scaffolding on the roof to make repairs to the parapet wall. A scaffold safety inspection is scheduled for Friday, August 15, 2008. Weather permitting, the parapet wall repairs should be completed by September 29, 2008. Floor protection will be provided for the 16th floor from the elevator to the roof entrance.
HVAC Strainer Installation
Update - 8/15/08
On Monday, August 18th, Viking Mechanical will begin the installation of the strainers for the closed loop system. The work will begin at 8AM. Residents on the designated floors will be required to turn off their HVAC units from 8AM to 6PM according to the schedule below. Residents will be notified of any changes to the schedule if required. Thank you.
