The
Assessment Fee
The
condominium
assessment fee covers common expenses e.g., master insurance policies,
maintenance of common areas. Please
refer to page 7 of the Healey Declaration of Condominium for additional
details
about the assessment.
The
assessment fee is
to be paid by the 10th of each month. A late charge of the
greater
of $10.00 or 10% of the unpaid amount will be charged on the 11th
of
each month. Delinquent accounts will
incur interest charges as well. The
monthly assessment fee is $426.02 for
fiscal year 2012, and payment can be made in any of three ways:

2. Online
Go
to www.heritageproperty.com, you
will find the option to pay online under the Resident Service tab. Follow the instructions to sign in; your
account number can be found on any coupon or statement mailed to you. Your account number is all digits excluding
the leading zeros. There is a
convenience fee for credit/debit card payments. Accepted
credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and
Amex. You may also pay online through your
bank.
Recurring
Automatic Debit: If you
wish to sign up for automatic debit (ACH), please
follow the directions in the coupon book. The
date funds are withdrawn from your account will be the
3rd of each
month. If the 3rd is on a weekend or holiday, then funds will be
withdrawn on
the next business day.
Bill
pay through your individual bank: If you are
using a check writing, bill paying or
electronic banking service (Remitting Agent) for making payments, you
will be
unable to forward the coupon or
invoice with your payment. You MUST
indicate the exact account number
that is provided on the coupon under the heading “Bill Pay
Account Number” on
the remittance line provided by your bank service provider. The lockbox facility will be able to post
your payment from the information provided. Please
allow for adequate time as it may take up to two
weeks depending
on your banking institution.
- Heritage’s
On-Site Mailbox
The
least efficient way is through the Heritage
Property mailbox – drop the payment into the mailbox labeled
“Heritage” in
the lower right-hand corner of the mailbox station in the Healey
Building
basement.
To
insure timely receipt, please mail payments
at least 4 days prior to the due date. Please
be sure to list your unit number on the Memo line
of the check.
