The Assessment Fee

The condominium assessment fee covers common expenses e.g., master insurance policies, maintenance of common areas.  Please refer to page 7 of the Healey Declaration of Condominium for additional details about the assessment.

The assessment fee is to be paid by the 10th of each month. A late charge of the greater of $10.00 or 10% of the unpaid amount will be charged on the 11th of each month.  Delinquent accounts will incur interest charges as well.  The monthly assessment fee is $426.02 for fiscal year 2012, and payment can be made in any of three ways:

  1. By Check:

All checks should be made payable to:

The Healey Condominium Association, Inc.

P.O. Box 628207

2.     Online

Go to www.heritageproperty.com, you will find the option to pay online under the Resident Service tab.  Follow the instructions to sign in; your account number can be found on any coupon or statement mailed to you.  Your account number is all digits excluding the leading zeros.    There is a convenience fee for credit/debit card payments.  Accepted credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex.  You may also pay online through your bank.

Recurring Automatic Debit: If you wish to sign up for automatic debit (ACH), please follow the directions in the coupon book.  The date funds are withdrawn from your account will be the 3rd of each month. If the 3rd is on a weekend or holiday, then funds will be withdrawn on the next business day.

Bill pay through your individual bank:  If you are using a check writing, bill paying or electronic banking service (Remitting Agent) for making payments, you will be unable to forward the coupon or invoice with your payment.  You MUST indicate the exact account number that is provided on the coupon under the heading “Bill Pay Account Number” on the remittance line provided by your bank service provider.  The lockbox facility will be able to post your payment from the information provided.  Please allow for adequate time as it may take up to two weeks depending on your banking institution.

  1.  Heritage’s On-Site Mailbox

The least efficient way is through the Heritage Property mailbox – drop the payment into the mailbox labeled “Heritage” in the lower right-hand corner of the mailbox station in the Healey Building basement.

To insure timely receipt, please mail payments at least 4 days prior to the due date.  Please be sure to list your unit number on the Memo line of the check.
