Payment of Homeowner Association FeesThe condominium assessment fee covers common expenses e.g., master insurance policies, maintenance of common areas. Please refer to page 7 of the Healey Declaration of Condominium for additional details about the assessment. The assessment fee is to be paid by the 10th of each month. A late charge of the greater of $10.00 or 10% of the unpaid amount will be charged after that date. The monthly 2007 assessment fee is $364.00, and payment can be made in any of three ways: 1. Through the Piedmont mailbox – drop the payment into the mailbox labeled “Piedmont” in the lower right-hand corner of the mailbox station in the Healey Building basement. 2. By Check: All checks should be made payable to:
To insure timely receipt, please mail payments at least 4 days prior to the due date. Please be sure to list your unit number on the Memo line of the check. 3. Online Go to www.smartstreet.com and select “Pay Assessments” in the upper left hand corner of your screen. Be sure to select the correct condominium association from the drop-down menu and follow the on screen instructions. You may make a one-time payment or recurring automatic debit by “E-check” or by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa. Please refer to SmartStreet website for applicable fees. You may also pay online through your bank. Recurring Automatic Debit: To register for this program, please fill out the attached form, attach a voided check and return to our office. Please allow 30 days for the Auto Debit to go into effect. Please note: Auto Debit is not available for January. You will need to make payment by another method. For Auto Debit to be effective in February, please return the registration form and a voided check to our office no later than January 12, 2007. Bill pay through your individual bank: You must set up your account as shown below with your bill pay service. If you have previously set up on-line bill pay and your account is not reflected as shown below, please update. For any of these payment options other than recurring automatic debit, you MUST enter an account number that refers to your unit number. The correct series of numbers can be found on your coupon. To ensure timely processing of your payment, it is essential that the coding be done correctly.
