Homeowners Association Board:
Notes from November's Board Meeting

The association is charged for ISTA bills when a resident does not pay. The property manager will notify the resident of the delinquent status. The Board reserves the right to deny FOB access to the elevators if a residents' HOA fees, legal fees or electric bills are cumulatively above $750, and/or if any of these items are sixty days pass due. Please ensure that your accounts are kept current.

The Board is negotiating with contractors to select a HVAC vendor. It is also working with DirectPath to improve its service.

Alternatives for additional storage space for Healey residents are being explored.

Bill Balzer of the HOA is researching the possibility of installing more energy efficient windows.

ERU sound proofing is being done by the Healey maintenance worker.

A consensus was reached to refurbish the Healey elevator. Work was completed in December 2008.

Ultima is refinishing the storefronts of the building. Work is being done by Landmark.
