Homeowners Association Board
The Healey Condominiums has an active homeowners’ board and several committees whose activities are, in part, supported by the homeowners’ assessment fee.
The Healey Homeowners’ Association Board has 5 members – a president, vice president, treasurer, secretary, and member at large:

Meetings
The Healey Board communicates internally on a constant basis. Monthly meetings are held according to the schedule available below. Effective with the January 2009 HOA board meeting, the dates of the meeting were changed to the every other month (Januray, March, May, July, September, November).
The meetings are open to all residents. Any resident wishing to bring up business with the Board is encouraged to contact the individual members, using the contact information listed above.
