The
Healey front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
GUEST
SUITE
Overnight
visitors of Healey residents may stay in the guest suite located on the
lower
level adjacent to the Poplar Street exit. The
suite features two queen-sized beds, a full bath, HD
satellite
television, Wi-Fi Internet access, refrigerator, clock radio, and an
iron and
ironing board. The charge is $85 for the
first night and $40.00 for each night thereafter.
FITNESS
ROOM
The
Healey fitness is located on the lower level. The
facility has aerobic exercise machines, free weights
and several
exercise stations a HD satellite television, Wi-Fi Internet access. It is open 24 hours daily.
The room is accessible with a code that is
changed routinely.
CONFERENCE
ROOM
A
conference room is available for Healey owners on the lower level next
to the
fitness room. There is no charge for
use, and the room can be scheduled directly with the security officer. The conference room is accessible with a key
obtained from the building security staff.
PARKING
The
Healey does not have its own dedicated parking. Most
residents park their vehicle at the 55 Marietta
Building’s parking
deck, one block away, while others park at nearby decks or lots. Street parking in the area is metered and not
appropriate for daily or overnight parking. Parking
desks offer monthly and yearly leases. Costs
run from $50 to $100 per month.
