There are almost always units for sale by this one company. Search for units Downtown or search by Address ("Forsyth Street ").
If looking at Classifieds, the building is usually referred to as The Healey, but some ads will say 57 Forsyth.
For Rent
Some people rent their units and sometimes they send in their ads for listing. This is not a complete listing of all units which may be for rent, so even if there are none currently listed, they may still be available. To have your unit listed, contact the webmaster.

Many people send emails asking about sales information. The Healey does not have any central sales or sub-let office, and so there is no real "official" way of knowing exactly what's for sale except to look at what's listed on this page (sent in by sellers), looking in the newspaper classifieds, seeing if the security desk in the building has flyers, etc. Georgia State University's housing department may also have information on local rentals.
