Below is an overview showing what The Healey has to offer.
24-hour Security
The Healey front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week by officers of Allied Barton Protective Services, Inc. For contact information and detailed information on security arrangements and officer duties, see Security.
Guest Suite
Overnight visitors of Healey residents may stay in the guest suite located on the lower level adjacent to the Poplar Street exit. The suite features two full-sized beds, a full bath, cable television, and a telephone with restricted calling.
Please contact Betty Moore at 404.872.8468 x 123 or at betty@piedmontmanagement.com for reservations. The rental fee will be charged to the homeowner renting the guest suite. The fees are $75.00 of the first night and $35.00 for each consecutive night in the same reservation. The homeowner will seek reimbursement from the renting party. The owner is responsible for paying the fee directly to the association via the same way they pay their HOA fees. Please note that cash is not accepted.
Only homeowners who live at the Healey and are in good standing with their payment of monthly condo fees and special assessments (not delinquent) will be allowed to rent the guest suite. Renters are not allowed to reserve the suite.

Parking
There is a garage located around the corner at 55 Marietta Street. Please contact Abdi Ahmad, LAZ Parking Project Manager, for questions at 404.688.3481 and visit www.lazparking.com for billing matters.
Fitness Room
The Healey fitness room, renovated and expanded in 2009, is located nearby the guest suite and conference room on the lower level. The room is accessible with a code that is changed quarterly. Please see the security officer on duty for the current code.
Conference Room
A conference room is available for Healey owners on the lower level next to the fitness room.
If you need to use the conference room, please reserve it with the property manager and not the front desk security staff. To reserve this space simply send an email to Betty Moore at betty@piedmontmanagement.com, or call her at 404-872-8468 x123.
As with the fitness room, the conference room is accessible with a code that is changed on a regular basis.
VSA Arts of Georgia Gallery
VSA Arts of Georgia is a nonprofit organization on the first floor of the Healey. For information regarding the current policy regarding Healey residents’ use of the gallery for small receptions, contact Executive Director Elizabeth Labbe-Webb at 404.221.1270 ext. 207 or elizabeth.labbe-webb@vsaartsga.org. Each year, VSA arts of GA ensures that over 100,000 Georgians with disabilities and low incomes have access to the arts.
